MANILA TO BAGUIO TO MANILA BUS SCHEDULE of Victory Liner, Genesis, JoyBus, Solid North



20 April 2022 UPDATE: Victory Liner adjusted its Baguio schedules to comply with the new policy being limits its arrival and departure times in Metro Manila.

While the local government of Baguio is slowly easing travel restrictions, bus companies are also adding more trips to their timetables, signifying that public transportation between Manila and the City of Pines is starting to go back to normal.

Baguio is among the first destinations to open its doors to tourists since the pandemic started. Of course, guidelines and protocols are still implemented and must be strictly followed by inbound travelers. READ: BAGUIO TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS!

In this post, you’ll find a compilation of bus schedules from three of the biggest companies operating the Manila-Baguio-Manila route — Victory Liner, Genesis Transport, and Pangasinan Solid North — as of the indicated dates in the corresponding sub-sections.


Victory Liner Baguio Schedule & Fare

Another trusted transport company for Baguio trips is Victory Liner, which has a terminal in Cubao (Quezon City) and Pasay City. Aside from their regular air-conditioned buses, it also has a few first-class journeys per day, taking TPLEX/Pozzorubio with no stops. FIRST CLASS buses have bigger legroom, free wifi, and a restroom onboard.

If you want a guaranteed seat or ticket with Victory Liner, you may book online but the fare is slightly higher.

Pangasinan Solid North Transit Schedule & Fare

The latest bus company to launch a P2P bus service to Baguio is Pangasinan Solid North or simply “Solid North”, which operates from PITX (Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange) and uses TPLEX to reach Baguio.

Their Luxury Class buses are 28-seater, with 3 seats per row (2+1). Equipped with in-bus restroom, Lazy Boy seat recliner, free wifi, and USB charging ports.

Genesis Bus Schedule

Genesis Transport is one of the most established bus companies plying the Manila-Baguio route. They operate multiple trips from their Cubao and Baguio terminals daily using 2×2-seaters.

For those who want a more comfortable journey, JoyBus may be the better choice. It’s the luxury arm of Genesis, using 28-seater executive coaches with 3 seats per row (2+1), ensuring a wide leg room and plenty of moving space. All premium buses have a restroom (CR) on board.

Leisure travelers planning a trip to Baguio must first register with Baguio Visita. Requirements vary depending on what category of traveler you fall under and your vaccination status.

If you’re traveling for leisure and you’re looking for a place to stay, it is highly recommended to book an accommodation with a Certificate of Authority to Operate (CAO) from the Department of Tourism. Here are just a few of many options:

If you know a local, you may also stay with a relative or a friend as long as the area is not on hard lockdown. However, staying in a stranger’s residence for a fee is NOT ALLOWED. If you’re paying for lodging, make sure you book an authorized hotel or inn.
