While leisure travel is still restricted and most of us choose to stay at home, it’s tempting to be lethargic sometimes. When you’re stationary, it seems easy to find an excuse to not do any sort of exercise. Most of us just pass the time watching TV, browsing the web, or stuffing our face with yummy food (especially that many of our friends are posting snaps of their sinful kitchen creations)!
But there are fitness and wellness activities that you can do at home! Whether you’re interested in hip-hop dance or yoga, the Internet is bursting with video tutorials that will help you get started. Klook has also launched its Home-Based Experiences through Klook Home, offering activities you can do at home, including online fitness classes and wellness classes.
If you wish to get in shape but don’t know hoe to begin, here’s a list of online fitness or wellness classes and workshops. For those available on Klook, we provided links where you can see the details and book classes/workshops.
