Missing your taho fix? Although we usually eat taho (soybean curd) in the morning, we can also have it as merienda. We get our taho from street peddlers or buy it from convenience stores. Jho Faith reveals that you can create your own mango ice cream at home using three ingredients: mango, condensed milk (168ml), and all-purpose cream (500ml or 2x 250 ml). She advised putting the all-purpose cream in the freezer for 2 hours or in the chiller overnight.
The leche frita or fried milk Spanish dessert recipe is quite popular on YouTube, one of the accounts that tried cooking this is Tasty Recipe Hut channel. The ingredients include milk, corn flour (or cornstarch), sugar, egg, all-purpose flour, lemon, cinnamon powder, and cinnamon stick. If you are not a fan of cinnamon, you may skip this ingredient or replace it with another that will suit your taste.
There is such a snack? Apparently! For egg and chicharon lovers out there, Jeff Simun showcases his egg chicharon recipe. The ingredients are simple — all-purpose flour, cornstarch, egg, salt, and pepper.
