How to Receive your Order Safely

Shakey’s is practicing contactless delivery. Here’s how they do it, starting from the store to your doorstep.

1. The driver will go through a temperature check and sanitation procedure before heading out of the store. Wearing a face mask is a must.
2. Upon arrival at your place, the rider will maintain a distance of 2 meters from you. Kindly tell the rider where you want him to place the thermal bag.
3. Get your order and check each item. If you are paying cash, two polybags will be provided — one for your payment and one for your change. If you are paying through a card, the card terminal will also be provided. The rider will instruct you on how to go about the transaction.
4. Before entering the store again, the rider will go through the temperature check and sanitation procedure again.

How to Cook Shakey’s Mojos

1. You can fry them or bake them, but if you want it to taste, not the same but, close to those you order and eat at the restaurant, the management suggests these steps on how to cook the mojos.

   Coat the potato slices with the breading mix. You can also try the breading recipe provided by Shakey’s: garlic powder (1 tbsp), all-purpose flour (2 cups), ground black pepper (1/2 tsp), iodized or table salt (2 tbsp), paprika (1 tsp), and thyme (1/2 tsp).
3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potato slices until golden brown.
